Returns and Refunds
Your satisfaction is our first priority at TLC Latex Pillows.
If your item is faulty upon receipt or is not as described, please return it within 7 days and we will gladly exchange the item or refund your credit card.
If, after sleeping on a pillow for a few nights, you decide it doesn't suit you, we are happy to refund - or exchange it. The time limit for a pillow exchange is 30 days from your order date.
Unless damaged prior to you receiving them, all items must be returned in the same condition as when received and securely packaged for return via Australia Post.
We do not cover the cost of return postage unless your item is faulty or not as described.
NOTE: Promotions run on social media and other websites may attract a different returns policy on TLC products - please refer to those stand alone promotions and website Terms & Conditions for refund & return advice.
WHERE PROMOTIONAL CODES ARE OFFERED AND USED TO OBTAIN ADDITIONAL DISCOUNT, PRODUCTS CANNOT BE EXCHANGED OR REFUNDED UNLESS FAULTY OR NOT AS DESCRIBED.
To return an item please email to firstname.lastname@example.org and we will instruct you accordingly.
And also include the following information:
- Your Order number if known (appears on the top of the confirmation email)
- Your name and address
- A description of the item you are returning & reason for the return
- Whether you would like a refund or exchange
