I am a very poor sleeper, especially since open heart surgery three years ago. I require the assistance of a CPAP system to assist me to sleep. My sleep pattern is very poor, many nights I do not sleep at all. My two TLC latex pillows arrived on Thursday. I used the Soft Pillow on Thursday night and I was thrilled to have a full night’s sleep, then Friday I used the Bigger Pillow and again a full night’s sleep. It is so good to wake up relaxed and energetic. I am so pleased to have had this type of success. I will contact you in a month’s time to inform you if this wonderful situation has continued. I wish you success in your business and I will certainly pass my good news information to any of my friends who are considering purchasing new pillows.

I bought the Soft latex pillow a few weeks ago as I am of small stature and a side sleeper. No regrets, it's absolutely lovely, soft but supportive and the profile seems lower because of its softness. I had a memory foam profiled pillow few years back but after awhile, I suffered neck pain and headaches. Then swapped to a goose down pillow which was lovely but I have to keep reshaping it in my sleep! Now, I don't need to do that. I also want to say the service was very efficient. I received the pillow within a couple of days. Thanks.

I was given your lovely TLC queen size F&D Summer quilt for Christmas and have to say it is amazing! It is so light, I didn't think it could possibly be warm enough as nights can get pretty chilly here in Hobart, even in summer. it is just perfect, even when the temperature drops down below 10C. Good one TLC!

I've purchased so many different pillows over the years.My need to find the perfect pillow was as a result of a serious car accident in 2014. I was delighted when I recently discovered both the 'Bigger' and the 'Biggest" Talalay latex pillows from TLC. Each pillow is beautufully comfortable and superbly supportive. With my neck in the correct alignment, my lower back and spine are reaping the benefits. TLC's excellent customer service and product knowledge are second to none. Each pillow is lightweight and does not smell of latex. My pillows are perfect for cuddling up to and surpass the creme de la creme of a luxury hotel pillow menu.

I'm finally getting round to thanking you for our beautiful pillows. I just don't know how we did without them! We even take them with us on holidays because the quality of sleep is so much better. I recommend your pillows to everyone we know and will be buying more for gifts too. (Bought 2 x THE BIG, 2 x THE JUNIOR and 1 x THE CLASSIC). Thank you!

I mentioned that I have hunted around for a long time to find a latex pillow with a similar feel to my old one and this pillow is great! I received my pillow on Thursday. I am very happy with it. I got the classic one. It's perfect! It's better than I expected. I was a bit apprehensive about ordering a pillow online but it was exactly as described on your website. Thanks for answering all my queries. I didn't think it was possible to get such a comfortable latex pillow. I wanted a pillow made from natural materials. It is way better than a feather pillow as there is no need to constantly readjust it, but it is just as soft and more supportive.

I have received my pillows and spent a week sleeping on them and they are absolutely fantastic! I now fall asleep pretty quickly, no headache when I wake up and I can't believe the difference between the latex and the memory foam I had persevered with previously. My grandson also loves his little pillow. Thank you for your assistance with this and your great customer service - I will be recommending you to everyone I can, as great customer service is so hard to find these days. Many thanks again, I'm sure I will be ordering more goodies again soon.

I received my SOFT pillow and I absolutely love it. I broken heartedly had to part with my old latex pillow which was the perfect softness for me. I purchased 2 Dunlopillo soft pillows online and I was disappointed with their 'softness'. I have been into all the manchester/bedding shops in my area and felt every brand of latex pillow, none of which satisfied me. I took a chance and ordered your pillow and am ecstatic that I have found one that takes the place of my old pillow. Every pillow I buy in the future will be TLC brand. I just love it!

I would just like to comment on your service and quality of your pillows. Service is great posting the same day they were ordered and the pillows are just beautiful. I have now bought 5. A contour which is just perfect for myself with a neck complaint and 4 pillows for my grandchildren.I know they are going to love them.I had previously purchased a dunlopillo for myself as I wanted a soft pillow, and while it is soft, it didn't have the support I needed. So after emailing you and on your suggestion I went for the contour. On receiving it I decided I would buy the grandkids some lovely new pillows. I've just tested the dunlopillo and have just done a quick test of your pillow and I prefer the TLC as it seems to have a little more support while still feeling beautiful and soft. I found that the dunlopillo tends to puff around your face when sleeping on your side which I don't like, and I tended to lay on the end of the pillow,the TLC does not do this, it just feels comfortable. I hope this may help someone else when looking to buy pillows. Thank you again on a lovely product.

I am just following up to say thanks for the quilt (The Ultimate 80% duck down). We love it! It is keeping both me and my partner a good temperature all night, which is quite remarkable as he heats up quickly and I really feel the cold!

Thank you very much for a super fast delivery. I love the therapeutic contour pillow. It's as promised. I was worried about odour, but the smell of rubber is very very faint, and I'm sure with time it will go away altogether. I am now pondering whether to get a 2nd one :-)

I spent so long trawling the web looking for my perfect pillow and was about to give up when I chanced upon TLC. THANK YOU! Told me all I wanted to know, then guided me into a pillow that I will never, ever sleep without. (It happens to be the BIG latex, medium profile). (on having ordered an additional TLC SOFT pillow) 'Yes we are very happy with the pillows. VERY HAPPY! We've bought a heap of different latex pillows over the years, most of which haven't been any good and end up in the bin. So we bought 2 TLC ones as a trial - one for myself and one for my 3 year old son, and both are fabulous. My 3 year old is in a double bed, and he ALWAYS sleeps on whatever side the latex pillow is on, never on the side of the other pillow so I think we've got a winner here! We will be ordering a few more in the near future too - just updating our bedrooms at the moment.'
